My dog never stops barking… ever. Sometimes I have encouraged his barking because the noises he makes are highly amusing. Right now he won’t get his fat ass up but he will remain flopped on the bed “woof-ing” from time to time. There are other times it sounds like he’s trying to talk and those are times when I’ve found it nearly impossible to hold back a smile or laugh. However laughing and smiles are positive reinforcement so this dumbass thinks I’m praising him and does it more. He’s quiet, for now… but the next noise he hears (or thinks he hears) he’ll be up to bark once again.
